Important Notice: Only USA orders are eligible for our return services. We are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the USA at this time. All orders can be canceled until they are processed and shipped. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it cannot be canceled. |
*** There are two types of products in our store, i.e., (i) Returnable/Refundable, (ii) Non-Returnable/Refundable. The policy below applies only to Returnable/Refundable products.
Return and Refund Policy:
Cox Costume LLC will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with the SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee, or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow Cox Costume LLC within 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- Cox Costume LLC will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Return Processing Procedure
Processing time is 5 - 7 business days after we receive the return.
To help expedite the processing of returns, please follow these instructions:
- Contact our Customer Support team via email at coxcostume@gmail.com and include the evidence.
- After we have approved the order return, the product must be returned to Returns Department, 17300 Railroad Street, Unit D, City of Industry, CA 91748 within 5-7 business days including the return auth number (This return auth number will be sent over the return approval email) and once the product is received, we will release your refund.
- All items returned must be new, unworn, and in the original clear garment bag with SKU sticker and tags.
- Please note, the return may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or declined if the above criteria are not met.
Once a return is processed, Cox Costume LLC will reach out via email to confirm.
